Sent this to my cousin in Penang for her birthday, turned out it was just what she needed (she was going to get a lipbalm for herself)! She loves the smell and colour of the lipstick (LP5) and says the mirror is pretty. During the first delivery the lipstick arrived damaged, but Lipscarpenter was very apologetic (even tho the damage likely might have been from the shipment), friendly and responsive, and immediately shipped a new lipstick to her the next working day (even included a complimentary coaster). I have been a fan of their product, and now even more due to their professionalism. :) TQ!

I sent this as a gift to my sister and she loved it! She liked the scent of the natural handmade lip balm and the prettiness of the lipstick casing! The packaging looks great too despite a lil slight dent during the logistics I guessed.
