1. Open
2. Push – push out 1 to 2 mm from the bottom, avoid over-pushing. 1-2mm is sufficient to apply.
3. Apply – Leave finger at the back of the tube to apply.
4. Tap & Close – When done, tap on any surface or your palm to keep the balm, in and close cap.
