Bought it for my mum as a gift during Mother’s Day. She loves lotus flowers and I got the lotus flower designed lipstick as well as a ginger scented lip balm. She loved the gift and the scent.

Have re-ordered 4 times but too lazy to leave reviews 😂 got their balms in sustainable tubes, and liked the texture. Not thick nor gooey/sticky, it leaves a thin film of color and moisture, just enough to protect lips. Reapplication is required after eating or drinking. The color chart on different color skintones in the website were a big help as I was sending out as gifts to friends. The only complaint I got was the colors weren't lasting, but I supposed it's hard to make quality lippies without chemicals. I should send these back for refill but I reckon will buy more cases as they are really pretty. The engravings are at odd places tho (at either the top of case or along the tube) but not very centralized, my OCD was screaming, but they got the alphabets correct, even in japanese and never once made a mistake (I got 6 engravings) so big kudos to the team! After sale-service was great too, will repeat buying as long as I can 💋

I love the texture and its relaxing to massage it in before bedtime. I wake up with softened lips, without the funny feeling of a sticky layer on them (like when I used to use the Laneige lip mask)! Its definitely better than Laneige without all those unnecessary chemicals - feels great.
