In view of last minute Christmas shopping, for ready-made items, we allow for next day delivery/pick-up; for customised items, we will ship out or allow for pick up in 2 working days. If you would like to opt for pick-up, leave a note at checkout that you would like to pick up, we will Whatsapp you once your order is ready.   1. Where does LIPS CARPENTER ship to?

LIPS CARPENTER currently ships to Singapore and Malaysia. If your country is not listed but you are interested in ordering, please contact us. We will get back to you with a shipping quote.

  1. How much is the shipping cost?

For Peninsular Malaysia, shipping is FREE with purchase above RM65 or else, the flat rate shipping fee is RM7.
For East Malaysia, shipping is FREE with purchase above RM150 or else, the flat rate shipping fee is RM10.
For Singapore, shipping is FREE with purchase above RM350 or else, the flat rate shipping fee is RM25.
We ship via Pos Laju/Skynet within Malaysia and DHL Ecommerce /FedEx Express for all global locations. Our products are shipped out from Kuala Lumpur and it typically delivers in:

  • 2-4 working days for Peninsular Malaysia
  • 4-7 working days for East Malaysia
  • 5-8 working days for Singapore via DHL Ecommerce
  • 2-3 working days for Singapore via FedEx Express
  1. When will my order be shipped?

We ship within 4 business days. Most products are made-to-order, and we love keeping products fresh.  You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way. But if in any case you urgently need to make your loved ones happy with a personalised gift, message us and we will see if the order can be expedited. If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact the mail service provider with the tracking ID provided or speak to LIPS CARPENTER Customer Service for assistance.

  1. I need it fast, can I pick up from you?
    Yes, items are available for pick up at our office at Solaris Mont Kiara, Block J, Mont Kiara 50480 Kuala Lumpur from Monday to Friday between 9am – 6.30pm. When you place your order, leave a note at checkout that you would like to pick up, we will contact you via email/Whatsapp once your items are ready for pick up. 

  2. Why is the tracking number not showing up on the system?

Shipping companies usually take 1-2 business days to register and reflect the tracking status. So don’t worry if you don’t see the status on the first day. But if you have any difficulty tracking down the parcel and start to worry, please contact us.
