What is your best-selling gift set for her?
Check out our “Best-selling Personalised Box”. It comes with 1 customised lipstick and 1 moisturising lip balm. Many ladies also love to add a customised mirror within the set for a truly personalised happy gift set! If this is for your mum, go with one of the Love Locker casings, mom love those!
Can I see the packaging for the gift set?
All purchases come with boxes, and they are ready to go as gifts. We will pack accordingly depending on the items purchased. Here are some photos for your reference.
Are there any shipping fees on the personalised gift set?
Here is our standard shipping chart:
| West Malaysia | Free shipping for orders of RM65 and above. Or else, RM7. |
| East Malaysia | Free shipping for orders of RM150 and above. Or else RM10. |
| Singapore | Free shipping for orders of RM400 and above. Or else RM45. |
Most of our gift sets come with free shipping for West Malaysia. We also offer a special shipping discount for East Malaysia.
How long does it take for you to ship the gift set?
All orders are crafted and ready to ship within 4 working days. If you need your gifts urgently, chat with us using the Live Chat button at the bottom, we will do our best to help.
What methods of delivery do you offer for the gift set?
On the checkout page, you will be asked to choose between the following delivery methods:
- Shipped via courier
- West Malaysia – J&T delivery takes 2-4 working days
- East Malaysia – J&T delivery takes 4-7 working days
- Singapore – FedEx delivery takes 2-4 working days
- All other countries – FedEx delivery takes 2-7 working days
- Self pick-up at Solaris Mont Kiara
What is the process for self pick-up?
Your gift will be crafted within 4 working days (for urgent orders, message us.), once it is ready for pick-up, we will email/Whatsapp you. You can then pick up or send a Grab/Lalamove to pick up from us at:

What if I urgently need my gift?
Message us via Live Chat, and we may be able to expedite your order. Usually for urgent orders, we advise you to self pick up or send a rider to pick up to save the delivery time.
Can I include a personalised message for her in the gift set?
Of course! We provide an “Add a Greeting Card” option for all gift sets. We will include the greeting card with your printed message in the gift box! Just include your message for her in the text box.
What are the gift products that can be customised?
Our star product is customised lipstick and customised lip tint where you can choose Casing, Colour, Scent and add Name Engraving. Other customisable gift options include a customised coaster and customised pocket mirror.
